Asphalt Repair

Crack Sealing

Cracks that are not treated grow deeper and expand under the surface to create larger more expensive repair problems. Regular maintenance of these cracks pay off in the long run by extending the life of your pavement and getting ahead of those further more costly damages. The crackseal material we use is a superior product that is formulated for your climate; so the material we use in St. George is different than the formulation we would use in Park City.  Cracksealant can be applied all year long under the right conditions, we recommend a yearly evaluation and application.

Asphalt Preservation

Sealcoat

Sealcoating is used to create a more lasting protection against damage and deterioration. Applied after repairs are made, sealcoating can give your lot a like-new appearance and typically does not need to be done for many years, depending on traffic and weather conditions. We use the industry’s gold standard in Sealcoating material.  We lay down a thicker coat of Premium Polymer Modified Master seal coating or TUFFcoat P+. These are industrial products that ensure longer lasting protection and results. There are products being used on the market today that doesn’t meet these standards, but we only use high grade products because we stand behind our work and want a lasting result.

Curbing

We help keep your “curb appeal”!

Curbs are always getting scuffed by tires and make the area look less professional.
We make sure to paint your curbs according to your needs.
  • White: Let others know it’s alright to park along there. It may be accompanied with a sign letting others know parking hours.
  • Blue: Designates the area to those with disabilities. We can also add proper signs if you want the spot to be ADA compliant.
  • Green: Parking is allowed for only a short period of time.
  • Yellow: Loading and unloading zones.
  • Red: No Parking! Also used to mark fire lanes. “No Parking” or “Fire Lane” stencils can be used to add emphasis to the curb as well.

Striping

ALL striping is offered in a variety of colors in high-traffic paint for durability and sharpness of color.

New parking lot layout

New Layout

Maximize your lot space with our in-house designers. They can help you to create a design layout that works best for your goals and budget. Whether it’s a new parking lot or you’re sealcoating over the old, we can help you to create a safe and efficient new plan. We utilize the latest techniques using an auto layout laser system and drones to create a professional finish each time.

Re-stripe

Freshen up your old lot with a crisp coat of durable paint. Faded lines can become a safety liability and decrease curb appeal and professionalism. We can follow the old design exactly to create a clean and inexpensive refresh of your lot, making the old feel new again. We use a low-VOC solvent based paint, rather than water-based because it will leave you a cleaner line that lasts longer and looks brighter longer. Always on the cutting edge, we use an auto layout laser system to ensure clean evenly spaced lines for your project.

New wheel stops in a parking lot

Wheel Stops

Wheel stops are used worldwide to manage parking lot traffic. More importantly, they discourage parking lot accidents and stop cars from pulling through into a pedestrian walkway. They allow drivers to know when they’ve parked as far up as they can go without hitting a wall or another vehicle. This can be especially helpful to your guests using your parking lot when its dark outside. Customers are encouraged to respect the drive isles, instead of taking opportunities to cut through stalls and cause an accident. Installing the correct safety measures helps keep you a protected business owner and your valued customers safe.
